Description

RUNSUN Metal Chips Centrifuge separates metal chips that occur during metal cutting processes from coolant in a fully-automatic process. The wet chips / swarf fall over the infeed hopper into the drum by conveyor. At this point the chips meet the rotating bottom and are pressed against the drum wall under high centrifugal forces. Separation of the chips/swarf and the coolant/oil occur over the sieve area with the help of high centrifugal force and the dry metal chips leave the centrifuge by the pushed-by the-new effect goes into the container or discharge conveyor. The centrifuged liquid can be returned to the production or pumped back for further treatment.

RUNSUN Metal Chips Centrifuge should be fed with metal chips that are still wet and having maximum length of 30 mm. If longer than 30mm chips/swarf should be processed, then prior to de-oiling by the centrifuge, the size of the metal chips should be decreased to the suitable size by using shredders. Any object that is not metal or swarf should not be fed into the centrifuge.

RUNSUN Metal Chips Centrifuge are used to dry metal chips or grinding sludge in order to recover valuable coolant, and increasing scrap value. They can generate a rapid payback on investment while simultaneously meeting ever more stringent environment regulations regarding chip disposal. Depending on the material and cutting fluid, dryness to less than 2% residual coolant can be achieved in your chip recovery operation. Our wringers are designed for heavy-duty continuous operation and include hardened components to reduce wear and prolong life. Our wringers can be used as part of a processing system or at an individual machine tool.
